High School Plant Sales
files/Plant_sale_order_form_2013.xls
The order form is a single page – use a separate form for each customer.  Please collect money as orders are placed.  You have also been given one recap sheet.  When you are finished selling, total your orders and fill this sheet in to be turned in with all of your orders.  This will assist you in making sure you have received all payments and have turned in the correct amount of money.  Have the customer make out their check to you – you will need to turn in just one check payable to St. John Youth Trip Fund – NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Orders and money must be turned in by April 3rd (Wednesday night).
Delivery of product will be Saturday, May 11th at church, between 9am – 11am.  You are responsible for picking up all orders that you have sold unless you have made arrangements with your customer to pick it up themselves.

Youth, you are in charge of putting all your plants sales together. The plants will be delivered Friday, May 10 at 4p.m. You need to help unload all the plants and then organize your orders. We will double check them before you can leave.

Middle and High School Small Groups

Middle School (6th - 8th grades) and High School (9th - 12th grades) youth are put into group of 8-10 that are separated boys and girls. Each group has 1-2 Adult Leaders who faciliatate discussions about different topics such as self esteem, bullying, and decision making. Small Groups give the youth a chance to take their faith further; asking the difficult questions about life and faith, and having a safe place to find the answers.

Middle and High School Youth Groups
Youth groups are arranged similarly to small groups: Middle and High school. We do fun events such as our Annual Photo Scavenger Hunt, Progressive Dinners, Lock-ins, and service projects such as cooking for the Ronald McDonald House and helping with the Emmaus Homes Christmas Party.

Retreats
Throughout the year, we have retreats to continue on our spiritual journey through a different setting other than church. Many of our retreats are at Camp MoVal. We talk about our faith, have fun, and worship. We also have retreats to prepare for big events such as Confirmation and mission trips.

Camp
We encourage our youth and children to attend summer camp at Camp Moval. If you would like the camp schedule, please visit www.missourimidsouth.org/
